Peacefield Fine Art LLC is a virtual gallery that specializes in Fine Vintage American and Northwest Regional art. The principals, Phillip and Mary Serka, have both been trustees of museums. Phil was the chairperson and trustee of the Museum of Northwest Art in La Conner. He currently serves on the collection committee of the museum. Mary Serka was a former board member of the Whatcom Museum in Bellingham, Washington.

Peacefield Fine Art LLC is interested in preserving the artistic heritage of Northwest art and takes a scholarly approach to the history of art and has on numerous occasions accessed the Smithsonian American or Washington state archives to uncover history of works in its inventory. As a result of such efforts, Phil Serka was awarded the Community Partner Award in 2020 by Skagit County for his work in securing and preserving a 1930’s mural by William Cumming for future generations to enjoy in Skagit County.

The gallery is named after the “Peacefield Farm” the former home of John Adams and John Quincy Adams in Quincy, Massachusetts. John Adams and John Quincy Adams are ancestors of Mary Serka.

Peacefield specializes in American Fine Art, and Northwest Regional Art from the 1930’s through the 1970s but also sells fine European art, Northwest Pottery and antiques.

Peacefield is available to show works of art by appointment and for specialized consultation with collectors in regard to specific works of art or their own collections.
